The hotel had a great location, very close to the beach and marina. The view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the Black Sea. The staff was nice and hospitable, making me feel welcome during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch.

During my recent stay at Marina City Aparthotel, I was delighted to find that the location was perfect. Being on the seafront meant that I had easy access to a range of restaurants and bars nearby and the beach was just a short distance away. It was a dream for someone looking to soak up the sun and enjoy a beach vacation. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were also quite helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The view from the room's terrace was absolutely breathtaking. I could sit there all day, just enjoying the beautiful sea view. The location was also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Plus, the room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, including kitchen facilities.

Very nice brand new hotel, big rooms and bathroom, well decorated. Nice balcony as well, with a great view (for sea view rooms). The pool is fantastic! Good restaurant, above expectations! Maybe that’s why it tends to get crowded in the evenings…

The rooms are great. Actually,they are more like a mini apartment. You have a small kitchen, a living-room and the bedroom and 2 baconies. If you have the luck to get a room with sea view,you have it all. It is worth it.

The aparthotel is located right in the middle of the beautiful Balchik promenade, offering easy access to the beach and stunning views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large balconies providing a perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a swimming pool and well-equipped kitchenettes in the rooms, adding to the convenience of the guests.

The elevator in the complex can be quite slow, causing some inconvenience for guests.

Wonderful view from our Eastward room. Quietness. Very good restaurants nearby (El Simpatico - 20% off for hotel guests, Francis Drake). The fitness room, although small. Good performance of the reception staff.

Not enough parking places. Average equipped apartment: no towel hangers and no shower curtain into the bathroom, no kettle, no safe, limited foreign TV channels - most of them having Bulgarian voices covering the original ones, small outdated TV set (12", CRT).

I had a fabulous stay at Marina City Aparthotel in Balchik. The location right on the water was perfect and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pool was also amazing with great views. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for our group of adults and children, and the apartment had everything we needed. The secretary Sybil was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience.

I had a delightful stay at this apartment in Balchik. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a big terrace facing the sea, perfect for enjoying the stunning views. The WiFi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at the nearby restaurant was decent, offering a variety of options to start the day.

Parking was a bit challenging to find, but with a small fee, I easily resolved this issue.

Great location on the main promenade, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Lovely pool with a large terrace. Family rooms have balconies with fantastic views. Impressed by the helpful staff at reception and the security guard who assisted with parking. Quiet and peaceful at night.

During my stay, I loved the prime location of this hotel. It was situated right in the center of an attractive promenade, close to the sea and beaches in a quiet area. I also appreciated the exceptional service the staff had provided. The breakfast spread was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable — what a beautiful view! The swimming pool was exceptional, and there were many shops around. It's perfect for both singles and families.

Despite the positives, I felt the facilities needed maintenance, and it was challenging to communicate with the staff who weren't very fluent in English.
